Description
Sovrano hard Cheese is born from the mixture of cow’s milk and buffalo’s milk. White or light straw colour. Hard rind, fragrant aroma and strong taste. Sovrano buffalo’s cheese is rich in protein and phosphorus due to the peculiar presence of buffalo’s milk. It is an ideal product for the growth of children. Excellent consumed alone to savour buffalo’s milk or grated on first corses(pasta, rice etc).
